Life Coaching is about identifying where you are (current situation) and where you want to be (goals and objectives). The difference between your current situation and your dream/goal is called the ‘gap’ and through life coaching we look to bridge that gap.
People come for coaching when they feel stuck, blocked or unfulfilled or when they are in a period of transition or a place of questioning. Other individuals may be very satisfied with how their life is going but choose coaching to work on one particular area of their life that they want to improve. Coaching looks at all areas of life i.e. career, relationships, finances, personal development and health and wellbeing.
